Below is the schedule for our Winter Renewal Ecstatic Immersion, from February 19–21, 2027. Session descriptions appear below the schedule.
We will have the entire Breitenbush property as our private winter sanctuary, allowing our community to drop in deeply without outside distractions. This schedule is offered as a guide, with a spacious rhythm designed to foster both connection and personal renewal. Please note that this schedule is subject to change at any time. |

Our Sessions (listed alphabetically):
Ancient Future Sound Journey: Using the digital audio platform Ableton Live, Psy:Lo will blend atmospheric electronic soundscapes with intuitive live instrumentation (tibetan bowls, native flutes, handpan, and more) to create sonic landscapes that harmonize modern innovation with timeless artistic expression. Please expect to silently lie down or sit still for 40 minutes.
Ecstatic Attunement: From the crown of the head to the tips of the fingers and toes, our bodies are wired for pleasure. They also have profound wisdom to offer our minds. This somatic warm up will drop us into our breath and soma to root and ground us into the physical, so that we may more fully expand into the ecstasy of all that is.
Ecstatic Dance: Our root practice! It's movement meditation to global bass music and EDM. Drop out of your thinking mind and into your body and emotions. It's an invitation to open to whatever arises, be it catharsis, release, or connection with self and others.
Guided Poly Contact Improv: Explore Contact Improvisation, a dance that unfolds organically from a shared point of touch. We will be guided on a journey from pairs into trios, quads, and larger groups, culminating in a whole group "amoeba". The musical vibe is heartfelt ambient and downtempo. No previous experience in Contact Improv is required.
Heart of Touch: This playshop is an invitation into the nourishing world of supportive, adoring touch. Weaving in explorations of embodied consent and boundaries, we will practice the art of both offering and receiving care. From cuddles to caresses and so much more, you can choose to stay with the same partner or practice transitioning to a new connection with each segment. Come prepared to honor the sovereignty of your own and each other's bodies as we co-create a space of mutual nourishment.
Live Looping Dance Journey: An exploration of ecstatic movement through wide-ranging beats and melodies, using architectured layers of cascading vocals and instrumental soundscapes.
Name Necklace Crafting: Time for a little arts & crafts! Stop by and make a name necklace for the weekend. It's a creative way to help everyone get to know one another and make our community feel more familiar from the start.
Opening Orientation: This is the session when we introduce everyone, go over healthy boundaries & consent, and begin building camaraderie as a cohort. Everybody is expected to be there.
Snuggle Dance: Solo and connected movement in the middle of the space, with snuggling on mattresses around the sides. We’ll explore connection and affection—held by the flow of conscious dance and the consensual boundaries of puppy piles. Contact Improv, Fusion Dance, and solo dance are all welcome.
Symphonic Gong Meditation: The vibrational energy of the gong is an ancient and powerful tool used to help still the mind and deeply relax the body. In the right hands, the Gong generates otherworldly tones which catalyze a state of floating, timeless bliss. No meditation experience required, simply let the beautiful and unique sounds wash over you. Please expect to silently lie down or sit still for 30 minutes.
Yoga Nidra Sound Bath: Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that relaxes the body and mind so we can sow the seeds of our intentions deeply into the fertile ground of our soma and soul. This offering begins with intention setting, followed by a guided meditation with sound bowl accompaniment, and finishes with a sound bath of singing bowls, soft vocals, bells, and chimes.
